B.K. SWEENEY'S OPENS
IN BETHPAGE
On June 9, — B.K. Sweeney's
Restaurant Group opened their
Parkside Tavern at 356 Broadway,
Bethpage, its fourth full-service
restaurant in Nassau County. The
newly-designed Tavern on the site
of the former Central Park Inn
offers a tempting variety of outstanding
pub-style fare in a
relaxed, congenial atmosphere.
The BKS Group's well known hospitality
will be enjoyed by local
residents and their families, business
and professional people,
visitors and tourists.
•"We plan to be as involved and
valued in Bethpage as we are in
Garden City with BKS Steakhouse
and BKS Pub, and in Lynbrook
with BKS American Grill. We'll be
very good for Bethpage," stated
Teresa Feicco, hospitality industry
veteran and manager of Parkside
Tavern.
"We've brought the traditional,
understated 'Sweeney Look' right
to the middle of town. We're
virtually next to one of New York
State's most beautiful and popular
parks that attracts golfers galore,
polo enthusiasts, cyclists, joggers,
cross-country skiers, nature lovers
and families from all over
Nassau County. When these people
relax in our cozy booths, make
new friends at our bar, taste Chef
Hamaty's delicious specialties,
sample some of our 15 tap beers,
and feel for themselves our warm
welcome of everybody from children
to grandparents, we'll be well
on our way. The Tav's going to be
the new 'in place' to meet in
Bethpage," concluded Ms. Feicco.
