firm of Cushman Wakefield the
Northrop Grumman Corporation
has released brochures describing
the available buildings for sale or
lease. The available space
approaches 2.5 million square feet
and includes the headquarters
building. Presently the Town of
Oyster Bay has appointed a Northrop/
Grumman task force which
includes Northrop Officials, Town
Officials and Bethpage residents
Edward Mangano, Tom Frost,
Dennis Brady and Mike Steininger
to help in the process of redeveloping
the property. Recently, Ed
Mangano was able tp set up a
meeting with state and local officials
to remove a major stumbling
block from attracting industrial
