No it's not a talk show. Kramer Lane Elementary School
Principal Dr. Frank Cicione conducts an informative discussion
with fifth graders on the first day of classes, welcoming them
and explaining some of the rules for 2003-04.
On Wednesday, September 3,
the Bethpage School District reopened
its doors to students for the
2003-04 school year. All schools
reported smooth openings, as
Superintendent of Schools Harvey
Hilburgh and Board of Education
President Tom Frost stopped by
some of the schools to greet
students and their principals. During
the first week, many schools
conducted introduction assemblies,
so students entering buildings for
the first time receive an overview of
their new schools and know what is
expected of them for the year.
