FOR THE "GREENyy
Just one pass by King Kullen
on Stewart Avenue and you can
see that Bethpage 's supermarket
is taking on a whole new look. In
fact it looks almost park like and
that is a great thing! Last week
shrub after shrub was planted
throughout the parking area and
center islands of King Kullen and
it looks fabulous. We were told
that finally the water problem in
that parking lot has been taken
care of and it is wonderful to see
that King Kullen even planted
greenery along Stewart Avenue
to add to the new look of the
supermarket. Although there is
more work to be done in
completing the total renovation
we in Bethpage should truly be
proud and pleased with what has
been done so far. It is nice to see
that King Kullen chose to
incorporate so much nature into
this project and it is equally
gratifying to see that our
supermarket will make others
"green " with envy!
