Description	Two-sided, three-fold, black and white promotional real estate brochure describing the virtues of Glen Head and urging city renters to purchase homes in Glen Head, “the nature lover’s home place” only “45 minutes from Manhattan." Hand-written notations in green ink, probably made sometime in the 1970s by the owner of the brochure, indicate information about certain locations, such as the homeowner or occupant. Brochure includes 15 photographs of landscapes and structures.
