the post's Installation. Commander Warnken, a World War II veteran, is members of the Bethpage Post. Eileen won the award for her many years
starting his third term in office. of work with Bethpage children involved in little league baseball. Making

Bethpage High School senior, Charles Prizzi, center, is joined by Commander
Ernest V^arnken, left, and Boy's State Chairman Vinnie Bustittil, right, after
describing his week at the American Legion Boy's State facility in upstate
New York. Charles said he learned about government and how a legislative
body works from the American Legion instructors. But Charles brought back
memories of boot camp to the veterans at the Installation when he told them
how the marines, who help run the Boy's State camp, taught his discipline,
push-ups and how to properly make his bed.
