Freeport's Jurist To
Be Given Testimonial
George S. Anderson. General Chairman, announced that all plans
)i«ve been connected for the counljr-wlde testinjonlol dinner which will
be given in honor of Judge Moxey A. Rlgby of Preeport on Saturday,
September 23.
Peter C. Kelly, Republican Leader of Preeport, will serve ns Honorary
Chairman and Judge Paul Kelly, also of Preeport, will be the Co-
Cheirman of the affair. Other chairmen already listed include Henry
Pickney, Ticket Committee; Anthony Chrlstopoulos. Journal Committee
and James Trapp. Publicity Committee.
The Judge Moxey A Rigby Testimonial Dinner will be held at Ouy
Iiombardo's East Point House starting at 8:30 P.M. There Will be a reception
in the Lounge starting at 7:30 P.M.
Judge Rigby is a life-long resident ol Preeport, He attended the
local schools before l>eing graduated from Law School. He served as
Assistant District Attorney of Nassau Counter before being elected to
the Judgeship.
