Preeport School District residents voted approval of_tl)e $1,540,000
bond issue on Tuesday by a majority of 208, TMs issue attracted 2,384
votes, 1,288 in favor and 1,078 opposed^ A majority vote was requh-ed

The approved proposal authorizes the conversion of the Carolina
Atkinsan Elementary School on.

Mr. Smith reminded the public
