' Astrtmomical observing sessions will be held Tuesday evenings
for SIX weeks, from June 25 through July 30. at Waterfront Park
at the foot of South Long Beach Ave. There is no admission charge.
Interested Freeport residents are urged' to attend as early i« the

Fluke Dedby Winners
__ The Freeport Tuna Club, Inc.,
conducted their Annual Fluke
Derby over tiie weekend, June 22
and 23. - • . .
f.._^he winners were Robert Moore
..With a * lb. 8 oz, fluke; second was
Rudy Daller vrtth a.4 lb. 5 oz.
fluke. Both of these fish were
caught on the boat-"Bar Hopper",
off Jones Inlet.
They will be awarded their
plaques at the July 11 meeting.
