Chief Pat Cotignola of the Freeport Fire Dept. last week presented
an engraved hell to the Freeport Chamber of Commerce

SENIOR CITIZENS MOVE
INTO NEW APARTMENTS
The long wait is ending for the fifty senior citizens families^-
that will occupy the Freeport Senior Citizen Apartments at 25(K'
South Main Street, * ' .
-On Tuesday, December 10, the first eighteen ants moved in.
The .other ^tenants will foUow in rapid succession.
' The first eight senior citizens,
all occupying apartments in
Building No.' i.. facing Raynor
Street, are ladies; Their average
age is 77 years. The youngest is
71, the oldest 84. Their average'-'
residence in Freeport is 34 year^'*
the longest being Y4'years.
