Freeport Police Win Awards
15 Honored For Superior
Performance Of Duty
FREEPORT • Fifteen members of the Frecpi>n Police Dci)artmcnt
were commended for specific action of valor, profeisionaiism and
exceptional performance of their duty bv members of their PBA. The
15 received special mention at the Frcep»in PBA's 52nd Annual Dinner
and Dance Friday night. November 2. at Narragansctt Inn in
Lindcnhurst.
Awards of Merit were presented
to the police officers bv
village Mayor William H. White,
who attended the dinner-dance
along with four village trustees,
and a host of other dignitaries
