At Monday's meeting, the
question of the future of the Stadium
again arose. Joan Keimedy,
president of South of Sunrise
Civic Association (SOSCA) read
a statement requesting that any
home rule message passed by the
Village Board should also legalize
tunning a fee-paying program at
the stadium, such as the Speedway
or other entertainment
enterprises.
Mrs. Kennedy asked if the village
had yet pused a home rule
message, because several weeks
ago the Mayor had implied that
it would be done 'the next
