FREEPORT - A corporation, which owns three apartment buildings
in northwest Freepoit, has been lined $1,500because of violations they
have not repaired.
Following a trial in Village Court a month earlier. Village Justice
Ralph Franco had levied the Gne against Porotofino Properties Corp.,
which had been found guilty of

per count that can be levied
by a Village Court — and said
the fines would be lowered if the
violations were corrected by
the landlord.

was in court for the trial
and apparenUy agreed lo and was
aware of the conditions but, ac­cording
lo Village sources this
week, the violations were never
repaired.
