Summer Camp
FREEPORT - A summer camp
program is being conducted by
. Freeport E.O.C.'s Youth Group,
Operation Alternatives. Camp
sessions are Mondays through
Thursdays, from July 9 to August
23,9am-4pm.
The camp site is located .at
Atkinson School, West Seaman'
Avenue in Freeport. Activities
will include swimming, dancing,
chorus, arts and crafts, drama
and vocabulary. Trips will be
taken to such places as Rockaway
Playtand, Naturemex, tii
VaoderfaUl Estate, the National
Black Miiseum, the Worid Trade
Center and Long Island Game
Farm.
One hundred campers will be
accepted on a first come, firsl
served basis. Registratioa U now
open for youngsters, ages 4 to
13 years old. '
