Prohibition of new corpora¬ tions In certain counties, A corporation for the prevention of cruelty to animals shall not hereafter be incorporated for the purpoae of conducting its operations in the counties of New York, Kings, Uueens. Klchmond, Suffolk, Westches¬ ter, outside of thc city of Yonkers, or the county of Rensselaer, or in any other county if thereby there would be two or more such corporations formed for the purpose- of conducting opera¬ tions in such county. Section one hundred and elghty-elght-a of chapter sixty-four Of the lawa of nineteen hundred and nine, entitled "An act relating to villages, constituting chapter sixty-four of the consolidated laws." as Inserted by chnpter four hundred and seventy-nine of the lawa of nineteen hundred and fifteen, is hereby amended to read aa follows:

i 8B, Cemeteries in Naasau counly, A cemetery corporation shall not hereafter be Incorporated for the purpose of con¬ ducting Ils operations In the county of Nassau, except as provided In sections seventy-six and seventy-nine of this chapter; it shall not be lawful for any corporation, association or person, ex¬ cept as hereinafter provided, hereafter to acquire or take by deed, devise or otherwise, or lo aet apart or use, any land In the aald counly for cemetery, burial or mausoleum purposes. Nothing herein contained shall prevent exlatlng cemetery corporations owning in the said county cemeteries In which burials have been made prior to January flrst nineteen hundred and Ihlrteen, from acquiring contiguous land for cemetery purposes In the manner now provided by law and using for burial purposes any such Innd heretofore or hereafter BO acquired contiguous to existing ceme¬ teries; nor to prohibit the dedication or use of land within the said county for a family cemetery as provided In sec¬ tion seventy-eight of this chapter
