Upon arriving they found the smoke which caused the alarm was due to the stove which heals the building. The boy was well clothed and nour¬ ished. He had left his home on Jan¬ uary 9 with three dollars In his pocket, and traveled to Wantagh, where be represented to Mr. Oeorg¬ ens, the complainant, that be was an oi-Qhan and bad no home.

She Is a daughter of Frank Seaman and sister of William Seaman, of the firm of Seaman and Rovegno, ot Freeport.
