Berner Cops; Chiefs Lose

in the Pop Warner Conference

The Mustang Midgets played

visitors under a 52- 0 onslaught.
Dave Van Nostrand paced the
offense with 31 points,,
Jim Regan got 8 points, Mike
O'Neill, 7, Greg McGrath, 6,
and Brian Fly* nn, 6, in the Jay-vee
27- 0 victory over Franklin
Square.
The Mustang PeeWee team also
played at Franklin Square, where
they chalked up a 35- 0 victory.
The PeeWee team, which leads
its division, has yet^ to be scored
upon in seven league games this
season.

Shores Garden Club Slates Meet
The Nassau Shores Garden
Club will hold a monthly meeting
at the Community House of
the Majorie Post Park on Monday,
November 13th at 8: 30 p. m.

The Steelers continued undefeated

Old Town League with a 13- 0
win over the Packers.
Matt Sheskier scored the only
points as the Cardinals topped
the Raiders, 6- 0.
The Vikings beat the Giants,
14- 6, as Arthur Pulsinelli and
Jon Tellekamp each scored.
Ed Argen made 26 points in
leading the Chargers to a 34- 0
victory over the Jets.

York City puts the finishing touch on paper folding at the Farm-ingdile
Public Library. Miss Uchiarm's cbmonstration oftheart of
Origami was part of the Library's Japanese Art Festival Month.
