the Referee in said judgment
named, will sell at public auction

that pursuant to resolution of
the Board of Education adopted
July 12, 1967, a Special District
Meeting of the qualified voters
of Union Free School District
No. 22 of the Towns of Oyster
Bay, Nassau County, and Babylon,
Suffolk County, New York, will
be held in the gymnasium of the
Weldon E. Howitt Junior High
School, Van Cott and Grant Avenues,
Farmingdale, New York, in
said School District, on AUGUST
29, 1967, at 11: 45 o'clock
A. M. ( D. S. T.) for the purpose
of voting upon the Proposition
stated below. The voting will be
• by ballot as provided by the Education
Law and the polls will
remain open from 12 o'clock Noon
( D. S. T.) until 10: 00 o'clock P. M.

voters then present to cast their

meeting of the Board of Registration,
he/ she is known or
proven to the satisfaction of such
Board of Registration to be entitled
to vote at the Special District
Meeting for which such
Register is prepared.

the Education Law, personal
registration is necessary. No
person shall be entitled to vote
