" Sootlessr
Daniel Axinn,
builder of
Woodlands,
Woodmere,
Long Island.
" If there's such a word as
' sootless,' gas is a sootless
fuel. With oil you get soot
all over— on drapes, on
walls, on everything.
" No question about it,
a woman is better off with
gas heat because it means
less cleaning for her and no
worries about deliveries.
Gas is definitely a more
efficient, cleaner and
better fuel."
