Hold Annual Homecoming This
Saturday At State University

A record number of alumni are
expected to return to the campus
of State University's Agricultural
and Techinical College at
Farmingdale this Saturday, October
21, for the 49th Annual
Homecoming.
There are more than 11,000
alumni from the Farmingdale
College, with nearly 7,000 r e siding
on Long Island.
Numerous activities and special
e v e n t s will be featured
throughout the day and a float
parade, prepared by students of
the college, will be an outstanding
highlight.
Returning alumni will register
in Roosevelt Hall between 10am.
and 2 p. m. A chicken barbecue
will be held from 11: 30 a. m. to
2 p. m.
At 2 pjn. the Aggie soccer
team will meet Concordia Junior
College and a float parade and
the Annual Queen Contest will be
held during half- time of the soccer
game.
A dinner- dance will begin at
6: 30 p. m. in Roosevelt Hall.
Over 2,000 alumni and their
families returned to the campus
for Homecoming last year.
