Board of Trustees of die Incorporated
Village of Massape-qua
Park on September 6, 1967,
said Board did enact and ordain
an amendment to the existing
Swimming Pool Ordinance, Chapter
19, Article III, Section 19- 47,
" Code of Ordinances Village of-
Massapequa Park", by inserting
in place thereof a new ordinance
titled " Above and Below Ground
Outdoor Water Pools".
Said new ordinance adopted on
November 8, 1967 sets forth
definitions, permit requirements,
specifications, fencing,
water disposal, abandonment and
fines and penalties for noncompliance.

Article 2, section 175 of the
Town Law, Notice is hereby given
that the annual election will be
held in the North Massapequa
Fire District Fire House on
Broadway, North Massapequa,
N. Y. on Tuesday, December 5,
1967 between the hours of 1
and 10 P. M. prevailing time,
for the purpose of voting for
one ( 1) Fire Commissioner for
a term of five ( 5) years in the
place of Albert Young, whose
term of office expires on December
31, 1967.
Fire District Commissioners
must at the time of election be a
resident elector of such Fire
District and must also be an
owner during the term of office,
of property within such Fire
District, assessed upon the latest
completed assessment roll of the
town or towns in which such Fire
District is located. Candidates
for the office of Fire Commissioner
must file their name with
the Secretary at least ten ( 10)
days before the election and nomination
by petition must be signed
by twenty- five ( 25) voters.
QUALIFICATIONS OF VOTERS
Every elector of the town who
shall have resided in the Fire
District for a period of thirty
( 30) days next preceding any
election of Fire District officer
shall be qualified to vote for such

from time to time. The
general partners may engage in
any other business. A general
partner may elect to retire upon
giving 90 days' notice. Such notice
shall cause a dissolution of the
partnership on the date specified
therein. In the event of death,
bankruptcy or insanity of a general
partner, the partnership
shall be dissolved on the 90th
day after such event. Notwithstanding
the aforesaid, if within
90 days after such death,
bankruptcy or insanity or within
90 days prior to the date of

family. A limited partner
may sell, transfer, assign,
pledge or encumber, or hypothecate
his interest to any other
partner. The partnership may be
dissolved at any time upon the
affirmative vote of all of the
general partners and upon the
sale or liquidation of the partnership
property. No partner,
limited or general, shall have
the right to demand and receive
property other than cash in return
for his contribution. No right
of priority is given either limited
partner over the other as to
contribution or as to compensation
by way of income.

The Fire Commissioners of
the Massapequa Fire District
hereby call for an election by
the qualified voters of the Massapequa
Fire District of one ( 1)
Commissioner for a term of
five ( 5) years and to vote upon
the following proposition:
" Under the terms of Sec. 176
( 2- a) of the Town Law as amended
by Chap. 509 of the N. Y. Laws
of 1965, should the Fire Dis-trist
Treasurer be appointed by
the Board of Fire Commissioners
in lieu of being elected by the
voters of the District upon termination
of the current treasurer's
term of office on December

At a regular meeting of the
Commissioners for the Massapequa
Fire District previously
held, a resolution was duly made
