condition within thirty ( 30) days
from bid date, will oe refunded
his payment, and any non- bidder,

within the same time period, will
be refunded the sum of Fifteen

Each bid must be accompanied
by a certified check or acceptable
bid bond in the amount of
not less than five per centum
( 5%) of the bid and made payable
to the Town of Oyster Bay,
Security of all except the thne
lowest bidders will be returned
as soon as practicable after the
bids have been checked and analyzed.
The security of the successful
bidder will be retained
until the performance bond required
by the contract documents
has been filed with and
accepted oy the Town and 10%
of the contract work has been
completed.
The Town Board reserves the
right to reject any or all bids
in whole or in part, to waive
any informality in any or all bids
and to accept the bid or part
thereof which it deems most favorable
to the Town after all bids
have been examined and checked.
No bid shall be withdrawn for
a period of 45 days after being
publicly opened and read. In the
event bids are rejected, or no
bids are received, the Town Clerk
