FIVE GENERATIONS IN FARMINGDALE:
At the christening of six- week- old Michelle
Diane Boothby, there were five generations
all told at St. Kilian's R. C. Church last
Sunday. Second from left is the great-
, great- grandmother, Catherine Giardina, 85
years of age, who resides in Brooklyn;
on the left is Pauline Martorana, 59 years
young of West Babylon; to the extreme right
is the young 36- year- old grandmother,
Phyllis Scali of 122 Matthew Street, Farm-ingdale,
and holding the young infant is
the lovely 16- year- old mother, Diane Boothby
of 122 Matthew Street, Farmingdale.
Father Maurus officiated. Following the
christening, a party was held at the Holiday
Manor for the relatives and friends, given
by the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Dom-inick
Scali of 122 Matthew Street, South
Farmingdale.
